The entrance examination for the field of Astronomy is conducted jointly with the First and Second Divisions of Physics under the “Division of Physics and Astronomy.”

In the entrance examination, oral examinations will be conducted for the first-round successful candidates regarding the content of the report submitted at the time of application and their knowledge of physics and astrophysics.
